We offer many different solutions for you to get to know our winery. Join us for a guided tour of the estate through the vineyards, the cellar and the oil mill and learn about the territory, our history and the vinification processes. Culminate it all by tasting our products.

A shared guided tour through the vineyards, the cellar and the oil mill, followed by a tasting of 6 wines and Vin Santo: Metodo Classico, Chagrè, Piet Rosè, Marius, Crano, Arenite and Leopoldo. The tasting will be paired with bruschetta with our Extra Virgin Olive Oil Poggiobarullo, a selection of pecorino cheeses and cold cuts, a traditional first course that may vary based on seasonality of products (aglione pasta/Chianina ragout pasta/…), to finish off with a homemade dessert (“Paola’s cantucci”/sbriciolona)

SYRAH EXPERIENCE
with food pairings
A shared guided tour through the vineyards, the cellar and the oil mill, then taste 5 expressions of Syrah: our rosè wine Piet Rosè, a vertical of 3 vintages of the Cortona DOC Crano 2013 -2015 – 2016 and Arenite, a CRU wine exclusively produced from Syrah grapes just in the best vintages. The tasting will be paired with bruschetta with our Extra Virgin Olive Oil Poggiobarullo, a selection of pecorino cheeses and cold cuts, a traditional first course that may vary based on seasonality of products (aglione pasta/Chianina ragout pasta/Cortona smoked pasta/…).
Finish it off with a tasting of dark chocolates made by the chocolatier Vestri and chocolate truffles filled with Syrah.

PASTA CLASS
During your Pasta Class, led by Paola, you will prepare 2 different types of pasta, one stuffed and one long-cut pasta, strictly by hand. You will also make two different seasoning, which will vary based on the seasonality of the products, such as Chianina ragout, aglione sauce or other ones. During the Class, our Metodo Classico and Chagrè will be served.
Later our staff will lead you on a shared guided tour of the vineyard, the cellar and the oil mill, at the end of which you can enjoy the lunch paired with a tasting of Piet Rosè, Marius and Crano.
Lunch includes a first course with bruschetta seasoned with our Poggiobarullo Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Tuscan pecorino; as a first course, the two types of pasta prepared during the class and at the end the “Paola’s cantucci” will be served with our Vinsanto Leopoldo.

COOKING CLASS
During your private Cooking Class, led by Paola, you will prepare typical traditional Tuscan dishes: handmade pasta and Chianina ragout, a second course (usually stuffed pork loin or saltimbocca with a side dish of roasted potatoes) and finally a dessert. During the Cooking Class, our Metodo Classico and Chagrè will be served.
Later our staff will lead you on a private tour of the vineyard, the cellar and the oil mill, at the end of which you can enjoy the lunch you have prepared paired with the tasting of our Piet Rosè, the three reds Marius, Crano and Arenite and the Vinsanto Leopoldo.

Wine Store
You can always taste our wines and olive oil in our wine store, preferably by reservation, and in the shop inside you can find all our products for sale and available for worldwide shipping.
Learn moreUpon specific request, personalized Pasta Classes and Cooking Classes (vegetarian, gluten free,..) and private guided tours can be offered.
Cancellation policy: for groups of 10 people or more and for the Pasta Classes and Cooking Classes we require a deposit up front of the half of the total. Full refund of the deposit with a 48h prior cancellation notice, with payment of the total then before the date of the activity.
In order to avoid unpleasant inconveniences, any allergies, intolerances or other food restrictions, such as vegetarian or vegan diets, must be communicated in advance.
The entire structure is accessible to disabled people.
Children under the age of 5 years old do not pay; from 6 to 16 years old, while are not allowed to drink, will have a reduction on the cost of the visit of 50%. This reduction won’t be applied on Cooking Classes, where a full price will always be considered.
Pets are welcome but not allowed inside the facilities.
